The Coalition Again Assures the Custodian Chief Executive All
Representations, Assurances and Promises Will be Kept

Over the three months shy of four years of full court press diplomacy the coalition’s original and newest partners haven’t wavered in their commitment; nor have they fudged, amended or withdrawn any one of several primary and secondary objectives. That generates for everyone who’s on the side of democracy, rule of law and human rights in Canada a comfort zone that the members of the international community who’ve signed up will see the historic initiative to the very end.
There’s never been a scintilla of doubt in the Canadian lawyer – Fiefdom treatise author – Custodian Chief Executive’s mind the coalition would achieve every single large and small goal it set for itself. Back in the early days (2004 – late 2005) he knew his quantum would eventually be delivered. And ever since the diplomacy became a daily and most of the time hourly occurrence he didn’t harbor any doubts that the Chinada malfeasant would pay the price justice delivers, Canada would be liberated from their clutches and China’s ideological imperialism would be confronted and efficaciously addressed.
Beyond the three primary objectives – reform (democratization), accountability (prison, termination and asset seizure) and Chinese demilitarization – there were other representations. On the macro level they include the two listed in this treatise chapter title: Repatriating Canada’s Plundered Wealth: An Anti-Chinada Coalition Commitment; Becoming an Economic Superpower Out of the Ashes of Fiefdom-Totalitarian Commu-Nazi Genocidal Racism. And on the micro level he’s never entertained any concerns that his damages weren’t forthcoming. One only has to look at the hundreds of individual and on-going initiatives on point*; also the coalition constantly acknowledging receipt of treatise work product, regularly servicing his international persona**, selecting then electing him to the role of Custodian Chief and cementing his international legitimacy*** to see how it was always impossible to deny what was in-his-face obvious.

And there were many communiqués like the one documented in the early January ‘09 Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice: The Coalition is "Working Very Hard" to Achieve the Objectives of Institutional Reform, Personal Accountability and Chinese Demilitarization and March ‘09’s The Coalition Confirms Providing Massive Resources to Achieve Stated Objectives. And there were several over the years expressing thanks for not just meeting but constantly surpassing expectations that led to achieving success benchmarks:
In 2009 there were these express communiqués emphasizing the coalition’s full intention of following through to completion everything on its geo-agenda:
This last one was a CBS-delivered communiqué on September 25, 2009. Katie Couric repeated that assurance on October 12th – the official second anniversary of the coalition receiving the Nobel Prize – and combined it with another instance of coercive diplomacy threatening lethal military force:
